The Holy Spirit is described as arriving on wings. This is one I’ve had in the back of my mind for awhile. The Spirit lifts us up, fills us, and changes our heart. Then as the living sword, it severs us from the bonds of evil and defends us.
When you go in spiritual battle, you go after the strongman first, covering yourself in the blood and protection of Jesus. You must bind the powers first.
Zero your prayers on what you are doing – focused! Attributing tongues to anyone else but the Spirit is BLASPHEMY!
We need to stop saying “act of God” or attribute terrible things to God. Bind an break the evil acts. Blind the eye. Jesus calmed the storm by speaking to it. He has authority over storms, so we have authority too!
God listens to all prayers, but so do demons. Must bind and block off the demons first. Jesus gives us all power through using His name.
Colossians 2:15 – And having spoiled principalities and power, He made a shew of them openly; triumphing over them.
Satan, I bind you in the name of Jesus. The gates of hell will NOT prevail against the church. If prayers aren’t’ working, fast and seek God. It is a fault of ours, not God’s. We sit in Jesus’s presence in heavenly places.
The Spirit gives witness to us, and when we pray, the Spirit is in agreement! Don’t go prayer walking alone, always in groups. Defensive, biblical prayer protects and can be done in the home.
