Mt Deliverance Worship Center sermon. All about God meeting us and revealing His glory in the secluded places.

Typed Notes:

Romans 8:31 – If God is for us, who can be against?

In David’s family’s eyes, he was just a shepherd. But in God’s eyes, he was the next king.

1 Timothy 4:12 – Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young. We find our worth and ability in God, not others. We must uplift others as God uplifts us. We do not know their calling.

Feeding the fish and loaves is the only miracle recorded in all four gospels – Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Relevance in the bible repeating words!

He fed them in a solitary place. You had to go there on purpose, but it was a grassy, comfortable place. Sometimes God feeds and teaches us in a place of comfort. Yet even in comfort, he may test us, asking questions he already has answers to, as he asked Phillip.

God is not in a box. He can do exceedingly and abundantly above all thoughts. The 5,000 ate as much as they wanted. Jesus looked up and then blessed, and then provided the miracle. We must look up from the situation toward God. Give blessings in belief that it is already done, for whatever you ask for in Jesus’s name in prayer is already done. This miracle affirms that Jesus is the bread of life.
