Only God can forgive sins, so when He says “your sins are forgiven” to the man lowered in the house, Jesus proclaims “I am God”. And to prove it, he healed.
The Lord confirms His work with signs and wonders.
We are called out of darkness into unity with Christ with all our brothers and sisters. Ephesians – One Lord, one faith, one baptism.
The devil seeks who he can devour, the the word alone defeats him.
The Holy Spirit transformed meek disciples into warriors of God. If He did this for them, He will do it for us. With great power and authority. ALL authority in heaven and Earth. He will never leave or forsake.
When He is lifted up, He will draw all people to Himself. We are all important. He will not do all things through the angels, but through us.
The Holy Spirit is our indwelling leader, guide, administrator and links us to the throne of God. He comes not to condemn, but to convict.
