Act justly, love, and walk humbly with your God. God provided the substitute for our justice that we deserved.
Faith is dependence on the trust of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the source of faith. We cannot have it without Him.
Hebrews 10:22 – Draw close, unwavering in faith. Washed in it. Faith from the heart does not waver when expected occurrences do not happen.
Faith may be tried and tested. We must discern by whom. Battle the devil and wait on the Lord.
Faith strips away our illusions and allows us to live godly. The Spirit lives with us and teaches us, fills us with the glory and works of the Lord.
We must have saving faith. Then we can press on, justified, whether it be a little or large faith. If we have no faith, we are not children of God.
Galatians – circumcision or not means nothing in Christ, but faith made perfect in love.
Jesus said the tiniest faith, that of a mustard seed, can move mountains. God is large in our lack.
If we are faithful, we open ourselves to doing the work God has called in our lives, even when we don’t feel the anointing of God. Sometimes we need to pray the prayer of faith even when we don’t feel God’s word or presence. Have a little faith.
